Through a kind of architectural leap of faith, our talented designers have reclaimed a sizable chunk of attic space that had been unused for over 100 years, and created a pair of stunningly original environments.
Exuding the understated elegance of Italy’s “minimal chic” style, our two signature Lofts feature a dramatic layout enhanced by designer touches and sleek mixed-media pieces by contemporary artist Marcello Manca. As eye-catching as they are, these apartments are also extremely functional, and can just as easily serve as a romantic couple’s hideaway or comfortably accommodate a group of six people.

The astonishingly vast living area seems to extend almost endlessly through the 19th century wooden support beams, as sunlight pours in from the ample skylights creating a mesmeric sense of luminance and space. At the far end, an intimate bedroom provides a secluded haven within this larger haven. Two bathrooms, a practical workstation, and the full range of H7 amenities complete the offering of these unique accommodations.
